Tell Us About You and Your Career: The Executive Director of Living Advantage, Pamela Clay, has been an entrepreneur for over 25 years and has established relationships with organizations and businesses throughout the Los Angeles and Orange County areas. Her background includes Real Estate finance and business management. While having purchased Real Estate throughout Los Angles she saw a need to expand her services by becoming a Group Home Licensed Foster Care Provider. She wanted to make a difference in the lives of high risk youth. Pamela continued operating foster youth group homes for over 12 years. With her for profit business background and non-profit experience, she has developed a positive approach working with business professionals and individuals to help foster youth with special needs. The most current milestone is the development of The Virtual Assistant Living and Educational Program, VALE. The VALE Program is to provide a virtual online network for at risk and foster youth. It will create a safe environment in which youth are able to store and maintain their vital life documents; ensure continued education and successful independent living. Her vision has put in place an online social network with a peer support of over 1500 businesses and individuals.
