Sinceray Jackson was born and raised in Chicago, IL. Sinceray graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications and Associates Degree in Computer Networking in April 2003 from Robert Morris University-Illinois.
Sinceray moved to Milwaukee, WI in August 2003 and started Next Generation Entertainment "DBA" NE3Music in 2005 and put the first music showcase in Milwaukee together featuring upcoming artists such as: Cincere, Ms. Drea, etc. from the city and around the country.
NGE would go onto start a management and consulting division in 2006 and began working with Hip Hop Artist: Rasho. NGE successfully released Rasho's first project Product of My Surroundings and the artist earned local and regional radio buzz from V100.7 FM (Milwaukee's Hip Hop & R&B Station).
After releasing project, NGE put out follow up single "ICU" in which got radio mix show buzz from DJ Reddy Rock (Coach Red) on Hot 96.3 FM (Indy's Hip Hop & R&B) station.
In 2008, Sinceray relocated to the City of Indianapolis, IN to grow clientele and develop deeper relationships in Indiana.
Sinceray has been actively working and volunteering in the LGTBQ Non-Profit sector since the age of 16. Sinceray has worked with Windy City Black Pride (Chicago, IL), Center For Black Equity, Inc. (Formerly Known as International Federation of Black Prides IBFP) Washington, DC, and Beta Phi Omega Sorority, Inc (Chicago Chapter).
In 2010, Sinceray volunteered with Indiana Pride of Color formerly known as Indiana Black Pride, Inc. and was appointed to the Board of Directors. Sinceray attended IUPUI (Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis) for Masters' Degree in Non-Profit Management.
During this time, Sinceray performed a strategic assessment for Center for Black Equity, Inc. Formerly known as (IFBP) while attending IUPUI for a strategic planning project. The strategic assessment Sinceray structured lead to IFBP to not only change their name but change the entire brand, focus areas, and mission of the organization for its members.
Sinceray served as the IT Administrator and Promotions Manager for Indiana Black Pride from 2011 thorough 2013.
In 2013, Sinceray moved into the role of President and re-structured the Indiana Black Pride brand to align with the global mission set by formerly known as IFBP (International Federation of Black Prides) now known as Center for Black Equity, Inc. to the newly named organization of Black Equity Indy.
Sinceray joined The Hype Magazine as promotional manager and Raynbow Affair Magazine as a Vice President of Communications in 2016.

Sinceray is passionate about empowering the Afro-American community through education and community service. Sinceray believes that every individual has a choice to be successful; it is up to our peers to nurture those choices by providing the tools needed through community involvement, education, guidance, and planning.
