Hit Fluid's members were brought together by a foreign government to produce subliminal messaging through music. In 2012 an algorithm was developed to administer the government's initiative in the form of music. This algorithm is known as "Hit Fluid." 

"Tick Tocks & Hard Knocks" is trap music utilizing the Hit Fluid algorithm. This EP is being released as an experiment to conduct further research on the Hit Fluid algorithm.
