Meet Prince Peezy & Lala Chanel, the duo behind the new single “Laced.” The duo met in 2007 in Broward County and their energy shifted each other’s perspective on music so they formed a special bond and decided to give the world something they sonically felt it needed. The overall vibe on ‘Laced’ is about the modern-day Hip hop Bonnie & Clyde with a more current creative approach. 

“Laced,” produced by Jacob Lethal Beats, was released on January 17th, 2020 and is available on Spotify and all major streaming platforms. A music video for the single was released on March 27th, 2020. 

Prince Peezy & Lala Chanel has seen moderate success including performing at South by Southwest twice, South Padre Island Spring Break twice, and traveling to Brazil with DJ Unknown at “The Audio Club” for the JaruTour. The group has opened for successful acts such as Big Sean, pop star Kesha, Waka Flocka, and Roscoe Dash. The group is also a two-time nominee for “Best Hip-Hop Duo” at the Underground Music Awards. Prince Peezy & Lala Chanel’s goal is to claim their space in the entertainment world and create music history through accomplishments.
