Tell Us About You and Your Career: My artist management started with my youngest daughter T*Monet- after she expressed her interest in the music business at the age of seven. She started performing at talent shows, eventually showcases, and ultimately she was chosen for a spot as the youngest paid artist of Radio Disney. T*Monet traveled around and performed for various audiences, and had the opportunity to open for Raven Symone. As her teenage years came, she decided to take a break and focus on school. My oldest daughter Shantale Person aka Ms Proper asked me to manager her. Once we laid the foundation, she opened for such artist as Big K.R.I.T, Pretty Ricky, Olivia, Jae Millz, and more. Last summer she was chosen to perform on B.E.T's 106 & Park. Most recently, Ms Proper and team traveled to Atlanta, GA for a VH1 shoot. My goal is for her name to become a household name. She never leaves a stage that doesn't remember her.
