Emerging Artist Trinity Wiseman Unveils Her Upcoming Single, “Woke Up”

Watch Out for Trinity Wiseman's Latest Release Bringing Out the Best of Country and Pop

Nashville, Tennessee  –  April 23, 2021 – Music has always been by Trinity Wiseman’s side as she blossomed into a professional singer-songwriter. Private lessons on the guitar at age 8, writing songs at age 9, and playing upright bass at age 11, her love for music developed early on. A devastating fire in 2010 left Trinity to depend on the love and support of her community. This experience motivated her to make music that emphasizes the importance of lasting connections and relationships.

“Woke Up” is Trinity's upcoming single, her first release from her country-style EP. This particular single is dedicated to her sister's journey of distancing herself from a toxic relationship. The heartfelt music combined with her spirited vocals will invoke profound emotions in listeners. It conveys a beautiful message to people about giving themselves the respect they deserve and the courage to leave while recognizing how difficult that can be.

The artist has won several songwriting and singing competitions, starting at the young age of 16. She has won the WYEP singer/songwriter contest, the Pittsburgh Acoustic Challenge, the Williams' First Night Sing-Off Competition, and the Carnegie Library Teen Music Award.

Her writing style is inspired by her own authentic experiences. As such, much of her songwriting is about her experience of trying to find love and so far falling short. The realism in the lyrics will tug on the listener's heartstrings, who also find themselves in similar situations.

“Woke Up” is a sentimental single that will quite literally be a wake-up call for everyone who needs to move on from a bad relationship. Although the song is heavy with country and pop tunes, the artist does not confine her music to only one genre. Since it draws from many genres, the song has something in it for everyone. Listeners can look forward to the emotional ride that the song will take them on.  This is the first of four singles being released as part of an EP, "little bit Country".
