Welcome to the Home of Super Stars (Past, Present & Future)
I am a musician from Atlanta. I was originally born in Bangladesh and then came to this country when I was young. I had a very troubling home life throughout my childhood and adolescence. Music was one of the only things that kept me grounded and helped me get away from all the negativity in my life. I first began playing music in the 6th grade in my middle school band playing the Alto Saxophone, and was really good at it, usually first or second chair. I stopped playing the saxophone at the end of middle school and got into more heavier music like heavy metal and metalcore. I was still into some rap and reggaeton music like Future, $uicideBoy$, and Gucci Mane, Daddy Yankee, Wisin Y Yandel, Don Omar and Tego Calderon, but not as heavily. I was always so into creating music that throughout high school and after, I was always trying to start a band all while struggling to manage piling bills, being broke and getting paid minimum wage, doing other side hustles, in a bad relationship, taking care of my family since we had little to no money. I was looking for 4-5 other musicians in Georgia to help me create this experience but it was really hard to find dedicated artists like me. We would have practices but no one was really ever as consistent and motivated as I was. During my heavy metal/ metalcore days, I was really depressed and anxious as my life at home was still very toxic and restricting. My mental health was taking some of the hardest tolls I felt on my being. I never really had supportive parents to help push me to do what I truly love doing, usually they would be so against it, along with other endeavors that I tried to pursue. All of that negativity kept pushing me to go harder and harder with my vision of music. I feel like the industry is pushing so much violence and chaos that there isn't a platform for the streets that need more mental health awareness. In my music, I talk about my struggles with mental health and I really want to use my platform to make it more accessible for people to find peace in music the same way I do. Something that many people can relate to but choose not to speak about because it may make them seem weak or little. Overall, I make music about progress and doing better for yourself. Taking control of your life and making the most out of it regardless of what anyone has to say. I'm here to
