Richard Ozanne (Marsh) Bio-

Born in St Louis USA. Richard Ozanne is a visual artist of unique experiences to share with the world. Since the age of 4 his training as an artist has blossomed into a career as an artist with over 200 exhibits across the US, in New York City, Europe, New Zealand and Japan.

Early in his career, while studying in France, he was working a the Louvre, in a traditional sense of working for the masters in a time honored tradition. A very well noted artist (and critic) in French circles of the day tapped him on the shoulder, complimented his work and asked about his background. The young artist turned around, and spoke of his degree and study as a painter. The older artist, put his hand on his chin, and looked around, "Le Louvre!" he mentioned..."This is not a degree, he suggested but a Pedigree of study..". This suggests some of the background of Richard Ozanne as an artist.

He comes from a family of musicians and artists with a rich source and long line of real perspectives. Both his parents were concert musician and professors of piano, decendents in teaching and performing circles to Haydn, Beethoven and Liszt. His father studied with Emile Von Sauer one of the last of Liszts pupils as well as had coaching with the great Rachmaninoff.

In addition to his work as an artist, music has resumed such a perspective in a private setting.

Exhibitions:

As a visual artist I have exhibited my work across the United States, New York City, Europe, New Zealand and Japan in solo and group exhibitions. During my career I have traveled and explored many lands around the world and have appeared in more than 200 exhibitions representing a body of over 2000 artworks. My medium is Oil, Gouach, Mixed Mediums and selected other material in a technique that is classically oriented and representative of contemporary expressionism.

Travels: Europe (Continental-UK), Former East Block- Contemporary, Russia, Iran, India, Kashmir, Nepal, Sikkim, Bhutan, Tibet (Autonomous Region-China 1985) China, Thailand, Laos, Burma, Indonesia, Australia, New Guinea, Solomon Islands-Pacific Islands, Korea, Japan..etc.
